ANOTHER
MORNING
(leaving
poem
#5):
And
once
again
I
woke
up
clutching
the
bed
sheets
then
turned
and
extended
my
arms
into
the
darkness
For
a
second
I
almost
believed
you
were
still
there
until
I
recalled
the
rubble
of
my
selfish
mistakes
and
spent
the
morning
lying
awake
breathing
in
your
unforgiving
departure
HOMELESS
STRANGER:
let's
be
entranced
by
our
breathing
&
become
each
other's
slaves
because
i'm
a
lost
broken
stranger
whose
only
home
is
your
body

LARA
ELLIS
TATTOOED
BY
A
MOUTH:
she
said
As
the
Mist
Leaves
No
Scar
is
her
favorite
Leonard
Cohen
poem
because
she's
been
with
so
many
men
and
hasn't
made
a
lasting
mark
on
a
single
one
of
them
then
she
explained
her
problem
as
loving
too
lightly
thus
fading
away
into
the
invisible
without
leaving
even
the
smallest
scratch
for
anyone
to
take
notice
and
suggested
that
I
throw
her
away
with
the
used
up
condom
and
go
but
the
touch
of
her
mouth
moving
along
my
body
was
like
receiving
a
warm
wet
tattoo
maybe
I
should've
let
her
know
UNTITLED
SEX:
Come
closer.
Show
me
the
elements
in
your
fleshy
kiss-
I
want
to
choke
on
your
breath.
Come
closer.
Don't
hide
your
nude
body
under
the
bed
sheets-
I
want
to
study
you
until
my
fingers
are
raw.
Come
closer.
(and
closer)-
So
I
can
write
your
every
detail
down.
